Laboratory testing

No laboratory testing is ordered or arranged during prelaunch. In the planned testosterone pathway, initial diagnostic testing will be billed directly to you by the testing provider. Testing arrangements and costs will be explained before you proceed.

Medications

No medications are prescribed or refilled during prelaunch. The final terms will explain how eligible medications and supplies are handled for each service before any care begins.

Messaging

There is no clinical messaging during prelaunch. Please do not submit symptoms, medication lists, records or other health information through this website during prelaunch. Instructions for routine questions and urgent concerns will be provided before treatment begins.

Cancellation and refunds

No appointments or payments are accepted during prelaunch. Payment timing, cancellation, missed appointment and refund terms will be available to review before booking or enrollment.
