Planned process

Know the steps before you make an appointment.

Planned service. Appointments are not yet open.

The following describes the planned process. Worcester Men’s Health has not opened appointments or clinical intake.

Start with the practical information

Review the relevant service page and fees. Before booking opens, the practice will publish its verified location, visit formats, age requirements, availability and care limits.

A free introductory call is not a required step in the planned process. Review the service information and costs before contacting the practice about any remaining administrative question.

Psychiatric care

  1. Step 1: Choose the appropriate evaluation.

Review the appointment description, fee and suitability requirements.

  2. Step 2: Complete secure intake.

After scheduling, use the approved patient system for the information and records requested. Avoid sending the same history through multiple public forms.

  3. Step 3: Attend the evaluation.

Discuss your concerns, the findings and whether further information or another care setting is needed.

  4. Step 4: Agree on next steps.

If ongoing care is appropriate, review the plan, follow-up fees and communication instructions. Payment for an evaluation does not guarantee medication.

Testosterone care

  1. Step 1: Review the evaluation and testing costs.

The professional evaluation and initial diagnostic laboratory testing are separate costs.

  2. Step 2: Complete the approved intake and evaluation.

The clinician determines the appropriate assessment and testing sequence. Do not assume that a questionnaire or advance laboratory purchase establishes eligibility.

  3. Step 3: Discuss the findings.

Review the clinical recommendation, alternatives, risks and any need for further evaluation or referral.

  4. Step 4: Consider ongoing care if eligible.

Review the exact membership inclusions and terms before enrolling. Ongoing membership begins only through the approved clinical and payment process.

Before any visit

The appointment confirmation will identify the visit format, address or secure video instructions, preparation, fee and cancellation process. If instructions are missing or unclear, contact the practice through the verified administrative route before the appointment.

After an evaluation

The care plan should explain the next action, who is responsible for it and when follow-up is needed. Instructions for results, prescriptions and routine questions will be provided through the patient system. Tests and treatment decisions require clinician review.
